1. Refund Policy
• Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available if a delivery is not made within the agreed-upon timeframe or if the parcel is lost or damaged due to negligence.
• Non-Refundable Situations: If the parcel is delivered on time and without damage, no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation Policy
• By Sender: Cancellations can be made before the traveler begins their journey, with a full refund. If the traveler is already on their way, no refund will be provided.
• By Traveler: Travelers can cancel a delivery if they are unable to complete the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, and in such cases, the sender will be entitled to a refund.
3• Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method, subject to approval by the Authority of “Cash On Wheel(COW)”
Users will be notified via email or app notification when the refund has been processed.
4. Late or Damaged Deliveries
• If the parcel is not delivered within the agreed timeframe or is damaged, users must report the issue within 48 hours.
A full or partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
5. Exceptions: * No refunds will be issued for user negligence (e.g., incorrect address, failure to pack the parcel security).
6. Dispute Resolution
• In case of disputes, users are encouraged to contact customer service for resolution.
If unresolved, disputes may be subject to Raipur, Chhattisgarh jurisdiction for mediation or arbitration.
